Close-ups
These pictures are the misfits. I really like them, but they did not really go in any other category on the site. They range from snowy footprints in Ludington, MI to the buildup of sediment around Old Faithful in Yellowstone National Park. I would have named this section "Abstracts", but that name is so ambiguous (not that "Close-ups" is much better) and people tend to use abstract to describe anything these days.
